弹性环是液压胀管器的核心功能组件，专为快速退模与径向力均衡控制设计。采用高弹性合金材料（如17-7PH不锈钢、Inconel 718）与精密热处理工艺制造，确保在超高压（≤500 MPa）与高频次（≥10万次循环）工况下的抗疲劳性与尺寸稳定性。
Spring ring is the core functional component of Liquid Bag Hydraulic Expander Head, designed for quick demolding and radialforce equalization control. It is made of high elastic alloy materials (such as 17-7PH stainless steel, Inconel 718) and precisionheat treatment to ensure fatigue resistance and dimensional stability under ultra-high-pressure (≤500 MPa) and high-frequency (≥100,000 cycles) working conditions.
核心功能 | Core Functions
快速退模：胀接完成后，弹性环通过预置形变自动收缩，实现液袋或胀杆的零卡滞退出。
压力均衡：补偿管材塑性变形后的回弹差异，确保胀接区域全周向过盈量一致。
过载保护：当系统压力异常时，弹性环优先发生可控变形，保护胀管器主体结构。
Rapid demolding: After the expansion is completed, the Spring ring automatically shrinks through pre-set deformation, realizing zero-halting withdrawal of the Liquid bag or Expanding rod.
Pressure equalization: Compensates for the difference in resilience after plastic deformation of the pipe, ensuring aconsistent circumferential excess in the expansion area.
Overload protection: When the system pressure is abnormal, the Spring ring will preferentially undergo controlleddeformation to protect the main structure of the expander.
