液袋是液压胀管机的核心压力传递组件，采用多层复合弹性材料（如芳纶纤维增强橡胶、聚氨酯-尼龙复合层）制成，能够在超高压（≤600 MPa）下均匀膨胀，实现管材的全周向塑性变形。其柔性设计尤其适用于复杂管型（如U型管、螺旋管）和薄壁管（≥0.3mm）的高精度胀接。
Liquid bag is the core pressure transfer component of Hydraulic Tube Expander System, which is made of multi-layer composite elastic materials (e.g. aramid fiber reinforced rubber, polyurethane-nylon composite layer), and is capable of expanding uniformly under ultra-high pressure (≤600 MPa) to achieve full circumferential plastic deformation of tubes.
The flexible design is especially suitable for high-precision expansion of complex pipe types (e.g. U-shaped pipes, spiral pipes) and thin-walled pipes (≥0.3 mm).
