胀杆是液压/机械胀管设备的核心传力部件，负责将轴向驱动力转化为径向扩张力，实现管材与管板的高精度过盈连接。采用高硬度工具钢
（如H13、DC53）或硬质合金（WC-Co）制成，经真空热处理与表面强化（氮化钛/TiN涂层、DLC涂层），确保在极端压力（≤600 MPa）
与高频冲击下的抗磨损性与抗疲劳性。
Expanding rod is the core force transmitting component of hydraulic/mechanical pipe expanding equipment, which is
responsible for converting the axial driving force into radial expanding force and realizing the high precision interference
connection between pipe and tube plate. It is made of high hardness tool steel (e.g. H13, DC53) or cemented carbide (WC-Co),
vacuum heat-treated and surface-strengthened (titanium nitride/TiN coating, DLC coating), to ensure anti-wear and anti-fatigue
under extreme pressure (≤600 MPa) and high-frequency impact.
