胀接原理 | Expansion Principle
YFJ-T80采用旋转机械胀接机构，由精密齿轮驱动。其机械胀管器配备硬化处理的胀杆和弹性环，通过可控旋转扭矩产生径向力，迫使管壁发生塑性外扩变形，与管板孔形成过盈配合。
关键技术包括：
1.多滚轮同步接触确保径向均匀扩张。
2.扭矩反馈系统防止过胀，保持±0.05mm尺寸精度。
3.弹性环在胀接后自动收缩胀管器，实现快速退模。
The YFJ-T80 utilizes a rotary mechanical expansion mechanism driven by precision gears. The Mechanical Expander Head, equipped
with hardened Expanding Rods and Spring Rings, generates radial force through controlled rotational torque. This forces the tube wall
to plastically deform outward, creating an interference fit with the tubesheet bore.
Key features include:
1.Uniform radial expansion ensured by synchronized multi-roller contact.
2.Torque feedback system prevents over-expansion, maintaining ±0.05mm dimensional accuracy.
3.Spring Ring automatically retracts the Expander Head post-expansion for rapid tool extraction.
