产品组成 | Product Composition

液压胀管器主要由胀壳（维持器）、胀珠（钢珠）、胀杆（芯轴）等元件组成。其中，胀珠与胀杆采用Gcr15轴承钢，胀壳采用45#中碳钢经热处理工艺提高硬度和韧度。部分高端或特殊设计的液压胀管器还可能包含其他复杂的组件，以适应特定的应用场景。

Expanding rod (mandrel) and other components. Among them, the expansion bead and Expanding rod are made of Gcr15 bearing steel, and the expansion shell is made of 45# medium carbon steel through heat treatment process to improve the hardness and toughness. Some high-end or specially designed Liquid Bag Hydraulic Expander Heads may also contain other complex components to suit

specific application scenarios.

工作原理 | The principle of operation

液压胀管器的工作原理是利用液压胀管机提供的高压液压压力，施加于耐高压弹性橡胶体（或胀壳和胀珠组合结构）上，产生径向压力将管子胀接于管板上。当超高液压压力通过高强度合金芯杆进入耐高压弹性橡胶体（或胀壳内的胀珠）时，该压力足以使管子材料发生塑性变形，从而实现管子与管板间的胀接。

The working principle of Liquid Bag Hydraulic Tube Expander Head is to utilize the high pressure hydraulic pressure provided by the Hydraulic Tube Expander System, which is applied to the high pressure-resistant elastic rubber body (or the combined structure of the expansion shell and the expansion bead) to generate radial pressure to expand the tube onto the tube plate.

When the ultra-high hydraulic pressure passes through the high-strength alloy core rod into the high-pressure-resistant elastic rubber body (or the expansion bead in the expansion shell), the pressure is enough to make the tube material undergo plastic deformation, so as to realize the expansion of the tube and the tube plate.
