橡胶挡圈是一种用于液压/机械胀管设备的密封与缓冲组件，兼具轴向定位与压力均衡功能。采用高性能弹性体（如氟橡胶FKM、

氢化丁腈橡胶HNBR、硅橡胶VMQ）制成，通过模压或注塑工艺成型，适用于存在振动、冲击或介质腐蚀的胀接场景。

Position ring is a sealing and cushioning component for hydraulic/mechanical expansion equipment, with both axial

positioning and pressure equalization functions. It is made of high-performance elastomers (e.g., fluorine rubber FKM,

hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber HNBR, silicone rubber VMQ), molded or injection molded, and is suitable for

expansion scenarios where there is vibration, shock, or media corrosion.

1.轴向缓冲：吸收胀接过程中的机械冲击，降低设备振动噪音（降噪≥15 dB）。

2.动态密封：防止液压油/冷却剂渗入管板间隙，污染工作介质。

3.误差补偿：弹性变形适配管板孔±0.2mm的加工公差。

1. Axial cushioning: absorbs mechanical shocks during the expansion process and reduces equipment vibration

noise (noise reduction ≥15 dB).

2. Dynamic sealing: prevent hydraulic oil/coolant from penetrating into the gap between the tube plate and

contaminating the working medium.

3. Error compensation: elastic deformation adapts to the processing tolerance of ±0.2mm of the tube plate hole.
