This product is an industrial-grade Tube Expander System, which is specially used for high-precision connection of metal
tubes and tube sheets in the fields of heat exchanger, boiler, refrigeration equipment, etc. It covers two series of Hydraulic
Tube Expander System and Mechanical Tube Expander System. Through high-frequency heat treatment process
and PLC intelligent control system, it supports the processing of 16 kinds of materials such as stainless steel (304/316L),
titanium alloy (Gr5), copper, etc. The diameter of the pipe covers the range of φ1.5-φ150mm, and it is suitable for
the diversified needs of ultra-thin-walled pipe (0.3mm) to thick pipe plate (500mm thickness).
The equipment complies with EN 12690 vibration test and EPA emission standards, and is both highly stable and
cost-effective, and has been successfully applied in 30+ industries, including automobile manufacturing, petrochemical,
and nuclear power equipment.

胀接原理 | Expansion Principle
YZ-500F型液压胀管机采用液袋式柔性胀接技术,利用增压原理,产生足以使换热管产生塑性变形的超高压胀管膨胀压力。
该压力通过弹性液袋作用于换热管内壁,使换热管发生塑性变形,与管板产生过盈而胀接于管板孔内。
Model YZ-500F Hydraulic Tube Expander System adopts Liquid bag flexible expansion technology, utilizing the principle
of pressurization to generate ultra-high pressure expansion pressure sufficient to cause plastic deformation of the heat
exchanger tube. The pressure acts on the inner wall of the heat exchanger tube through the elastic Liquid bag, which makes
the heat exchanger tube undergo plastic deformation, generates interference with the tube plate and expands into the
hole of the tube plate.
