机械胀管器的工作原理是通过胀管器对管子产生一定的压力,使管子直径胀大,从而消除或减少了管子和管板之间的缝隙,提高管口的
密封性能,延长管口的腐蚀时间。胀接过程中,胀管器会塞入管内,通过推进胀杆,使胀杆、胀珠、管子内壁都相互贴紧后,用扳手或
胀管机带动胀杆旋转,胀珠在管子内壁进行碾压,迫使管壁金属延展,管径增大。
